Meal kit companies may request a new review of the data presented on our site under any of the following conditions:
- You site has not been previously reviewed.
- It has been six months or more since our last review (as shown on our Healthiest Meal Kits page).
- You have made significant changes to the health standards of your meals, and announced these changes with a public press release.
- You have uncovered an error in our data, and you can clearly document that error.
If you don’t meet any of these conditions, you may still request a review by paying a $500 review fee. Payment does not affect the outcome of our review.
Notes on Reviews
Once we accept your request, the new review will be conducted within 30 days. The review will be based on public data on your website – we do not accept nutrition information directly. We will choose the specific date for the review.
You will be notified when the updated data is published on our website.
