What to Avoid

Breakfast Items. Most of the breakfast items on the menu (with the exception of the Greek yoghurt) are high in saturated fat and sodium.

Salads. While often a healthy choice, the salads and dressings at Chick-Fil-A are loaded with sodium and saturated fat (except for the Side Salad).
